Multi-Town House Development, St Kilda East
In working with Peter Thomas from Synectic Design (now Peter Thomas Building Design) this three double storey town house property development project was completed October 2010. Happy clients are now living in their new dream house and are enjoying the modern comforts of modern design, carefully planning and a quality constructed town house. This 867m2 site with a single storey dwelling was developed into 85squares of structure comprising of 3 town houses between 23 – 27 squares each.
